DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT COMMUNICATIONS Department: Development JOB SUMMARY The Director of Development Communications leads the development of strategic, donor-centered communications that advance the mission and philanthropic priorities of One More Child . This role translates organizational priorities, program impact, and funding opportunities into compelling proposals, stewardship communications, appeals, and other cases for support. Through exceptional writing, creative thinking, strategic collaboration, and effective project management, the Director develops high-quality communications, strengthens proposal resources and processes, and ensures philanthropic messaging is accurate, consistent, compelling, and aligned with One More Child ’s mission, voice, and strategic vision.
