Terms and Conditions

Via is run by Legal name (to be added), trading as Ivies, in India (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at Contact email (to be added).

• You must be 18 or older to use Via.
• Give accurate details, and use one account per person.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

• Browsing jobs is free. Linked jobs take you to the original posting on another website, where that site’s terms apply.
• Skill verification costs ₹50 for each résumé. It is a spoken AI interview on the skills in your résumé. A new résumé needs a new verification.
• Answer the interview yourself, without help from other people or tools. Leaving the interview page counts as a strike, and three strikes end the sitting.
• Answers are marked overnight (03:00 to 07:00 IST), so results usually arrive the next morning. Scores come from an AI model and can be wrong: you can ask for a person to review your results.
• To apply to a job posted on Via, you need the Via verified badge (50% or more overall) on your current résumé and a match of 65% or more with the job’s skill checklist.
• When you apply, the recruiter sees your profile, résumé, verified skill scores and your match.

• A job post costs ₹100 (Standard, live for 30 days) or ₹200 (Featured, live for 45 days). There is no subscription. See Pricing.
• Post only real jobs you are hiring for, with accurate details. Never charge candidates a fee.
• Answer every applicant from your dashboard, and give a reason when you decline someone.
• Use candidates’ details only to hire for that job, and do not discriminate unlawfully.
• We may remove a post that breaks these terms, without a refund.

• Prices are in Indian rupees, and the price shown is what you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy, and delivery our Shipping and delivery policy.

• Fake identities, false details or someone else’s résumé.
• Cheating in the interview, or helping someone else cheat.
• Scraping Via, or using bots to access it.
• Spam, harassment, or content that is illegal or misleading.
• Trying to get around Via’s security or limits.

You own what you add to Via: your résumé, answers and job posts. You allow us to store, process and show it as Via needs to work, such as showing your profile to recruiters you apply to, or publishing your job post. See our Privacy policy.

Verification scores help recruiters compare candidates, but they are not a guarantee of anyone’s ability. Recruiters make their own hiring decisions, and we do not promise interviews, jobs or hires.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing Contact email (to be added).

Via is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on Via before it takes effect.

Indian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of City (to be added), India.
