Shipping and Delivery Policy

Via sells online services only. Nothing is shipped: everything is delivered on the website and by email.
1.Job posts
Your job goes live on Via as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. It stays live for 30 days (Standard) or 45 days (Featured). Applications open once you confirm the job’s skill checklist, and we email you a receipt.
2.Skill verification
Your interview is ready as soon as your payment is confirmed. You take it online, on a computer with a microphone. Answers are marked overnight, between 03:00 and 07:00 IST, so results are usually ready the next morning, and we email you when they are.
3.If something is not delivered
Email Contact email (to be added). We will fix it, or refund you under our Refund policy.
