Pre-Construction Associate

The Pre-Construction Associate plays a key role in supporting architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams in the early phases of project development. This role combines technical drafting, project coordination, and pre-construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Drafting & Design Support • Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. • Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings. • Ensure all designs comply with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications. • Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD block library.
