WHMCS Support Manager

This is a remote position. • Develop and maintain different WHMCS modules and 3rd party integrations, after market add on's, aligning with the business Product Roadmaps • Update WHMCS TPL templates and implement coding changes to enhance functionality and user experience • Create hooks to connect the WHMCS billing system with external tools, software, and services for seamless integration • Take ownership of ensuring data accuracy within WHMCS by collaborating closely with the Billing and IT teams • Conduct thorough research to identify and resolve issues, bugs, and data inaccuracies within the billing system • Manage data replication and translation processes from the billing system into our data warehouse • Assist business analysts in organizing data and developing tools for building comprehensive business reports • Pull data from various sources, such as Billing, Ticket, Chat, and Phone systems, into the Web Hosting Data Warehouse using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs …
