Business Analyst

This is a remote position. • Requirement Gathering: Interview stakeholders to collect business needs and write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and user stories. • Data & Process Analysis: Analyze insurance data, claims trends, and policy metrics to spot operational inefficiencies or fraud indicators. • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and developers to design, test, and implement data warehousing, reporting, and policy management systems. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure data systems align with insurance regulations and track performance using dashboards. • Testing: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that new software solutions match functional requirements • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, and experience with python Originally posted on Himalayas
