This is a remote position. We'relooking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Operations to oversee a growing portfolio of Choice-branded hotels, includingEverhomeSuites®, Cambria®, and other current and future brands within the portfolio. This strategic leadership roleis responsible fordriving operational excellence, maximizing profitability,maintainingbrand compliance, and developing high-performing teams across multiple hotel locations. The Regional Director of Operations serves as a key partner to General Managers and leadership teams, ensuring properties consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving owner and company performanceobjectives.
