Job Description Summary: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, focusing on key Human Resources areas such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and security.
